Job summary

LGI foundation is seeking a production worker to promote safety, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure high-quality product output on 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor temperatures and pressures, and document all measurements and procedures.

The role requires reading gauges, lifting up to 60 lb, forklift/pallet jack operation, and strict adherence to GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and record data per procedures.
• Must be able to lift 60 lb bags and operate packaging equipment.
• Must adhere to GMPs and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and monitor production.
• Collect hourly production readings and monitor parameters.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and housekeeping.
• Document charts and paperwork accurately.
• Assist in all plant areas and perform repairs as directed.
