Job summary

LGI Foundation seeks a Production Operator to assist across plant areas, maintaining efficient production per GMP and customer specs. Base pay starts at $21.50 per hour with growth opportunities and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and prior experience in production/manufacturing. Forklift operation is required; we offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work across production workflow and document tasks per HACCP, GMP, SSOPs, and SQF.
• Operate forklifts and non-motorized pallet jacks as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance and clean-up activities per safety guidelines.
