Job summary

Paylocity in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Packaging Operator to support safe and efficient packaging of customer products. You will perform essential packaging tasks, maintain clean environments, and cooperate with supervision to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include following GMP and 5S practices, participating in safety programs, and communicating issues to management. A valid driver's license is required and background/screening checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening.
• Must pass drug & alcohol screening.
• Must pass HASC/ISTC safety council classes.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection operations.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Utilize onsite Safety programs such as the JLA process.
• Operate and maintain GMP and 5S methodology.
• Maintain housekeeping in the designated workspace around packaging and material handling.
• Operate with quality assurance in adherence to standards and requirements.
• Provide constructive procedural and operational improvement recommendations to management.
• Efficiently manage own time, activities, and resources to meet objectives.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervision and/or management.
