Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a CNC operator for the Rapho Park site in Pennsylvania. The role involves operating CNC machinery, reading blueprints, and performing quality checks, with a 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 6am–6pm) and a 22% shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment and perform secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaning.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, specifications, BOMs, and other instructions to operate CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot operations and flow issues.
• Perform quality checks and document defects.
• Maintain records of production quantities and time.
• Work safely with hand tools and measuring equipment and keep area clean.

Shift and Schedule

This position will be working 4th shift which works Friday through Sunday 6 am – 6 pm.

Individuals working 4th shift receive 22% shift premium on top of their hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Applies basic job skills to operate CNC machining equipment and perform various secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaning
• Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately operate CNC machining equipment.
• Work with team to trouble shoot operations and/or flow issues
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards, and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity
• Keep records of production quantities and time
• Work safely with small hand tools and measuring equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

• Due to ITAR restrictions, US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required for this position

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.00 - $24.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
