Progress Rail is seeking a Production - Hourly worker for Mojave, CA Wheel Shop. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read gauges, and familiarity with hand tools. Training is provided; shift is 2nd shift with overtime on weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Typical duties include operating overhead cranes, following procedures, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a safe, detail-focused production team. High School or GED required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read precision gauges.
• Understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Capable use of hand and power tools, including pneumatic tools.
• Must be able to complete production reports with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail; safety conscious.
