Progress Rail is seeking a Production - Hourly worker for Mojave, CA Wheel Shop. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read gauges, and familiarity with hand tools. Training is provided; shift is 2nd shift with overtime on weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Typical duties include operating overhead cranes, following procedures, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a safe, detail-focused production team. High School or GED required.

Qualifications

Key Job Elements

Available Shifts: 2nd Shift 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm

Training required 6-8 weeks during day shift hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Hourly Pay $18.50 plus a shift differential.
