Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking a SN Operator I - 1st Shift to execute production schedules at Robersonville, NC. The role supports meeting quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards by operating and maintaining production equipment and ensuring accurate daily output.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience in food manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and a readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
• Machine Operator experience required.
• Mechanically inclined with use of tools and tape measures.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of product, including setup of equipment/supplies.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely as needed to achieve a high standard of performance.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to all cleaning procedures in production area.
• Adhere to allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities.
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings.
• Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the production area.
• Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the environmental health and safety system through adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the safety program.
• Participate in mandatory training program requirements.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures implements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
