Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking an Operator I to coordinate line operations and pallet jack activities on the 2nd shift at our Robersonville, NC facility. You will load products, verify materials, and support line setup while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with peers and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multitask.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and working various shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of manufacturing line to meet quality, safety, and production standards.
• Load product into line locations and ensure correct materials are used.
• Record movements and follow FIFO using tracker system.
• Support line setup, changeovers, audits, and housekeeping activities.
• Ensure products are scanned to correct locations and warehouse ready.
