Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC is seeking an Operator I for 1st shift to execute production schedules and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. You will operate and troubleshoot machinery, handle ingredients, and complete paperwork while maintaining clean, compliant production areas.

The role requires 1+ years in food production, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends. Benefits and a safety-focused culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
• Machine Operator experience required.
• Mechanically inclined with use of tools and tape measures required.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and convey equipment issues.

Responsabilités

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of product, including setup of equipment/supplies.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely.
• Handle ingredients used in production as needed.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and allergen control guidelines.
• Take corrective action based on audits and supervisor guidance.
• Investigate issues, find root causes, and develop solutions in production.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to safety program.
