Job summary

Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC is seeking a KTron Operator I - 1st Shift to execute production schedules and meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and ensure proper setup of equipment and supplies.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years in food production; mechanical aptitude with tools and tape measures; strong teamwork and willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
Machine Operator experience required.
Mechanically inclined with use of tools and tape measures required.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with peers and leadership.
Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
Ensure timely and accurate production of product, including setup of equipment/supplies.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely.
Handle ingredients as needed and complete required paperwork.
Adhere to cleaning procedures and allergen control guidelines.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
