Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC is seeking an Operator I for Line Supply with Pallet Jack on 1st shift. You will coordinate the line operation to meet quality, safety and production standards and support continuous flow on the production floor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse or production experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment; multiple shifts including

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures.
• Warehouse or production experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the operation of the manufacturing line to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met.
• Bring product to the line in an accurate and timely manner.
• Load product into the assigned locations.
• Verify quantities and ensure products are scanned to the proper locations.
• Support line set-up, operation, clearance, changeover, and cleaning.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
