Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a dependable Production Associate for our Kingman facility. The role supports manufacturing of quality products, follows safety policies, and adheres to quality control systems while operating mechanical equipment on the production line.

Key duties include batching, packaging, data recording, and ensuring clean, organized work areas. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Good communication and reliability required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Safely use equipment (forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves) and maintain good housekeeping.
• Read and follow Batch Tickets and work orders; perform basic math.
• Maintain inventory levels for components to efficiently package products.
• Record data on batch tickets and equipment logs; monitor KPIs and production targets.
• Perform quality testing and document results; follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment; attend required training.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organize work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
