Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Production Associate for our Kingman facility, supporting manufacturing quality products in a fast-paced environment. You will follow SOPs, operate mechanical equipment, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met while contributing to KPI targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and reliable transportation, with overtime flexibility as needed. Training and benefits are provided as part of Carlisle's team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math and follow batch tickets.
• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other production tasks.
• Safely use forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves and maintain housekeeping.
• Record data on batch tickets and equipment logs; meet KPIs and production targets.
