Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing on a busy Kingman line. You will follow safety procedures, operate mechanical equipment, and participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality output.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and readiness for overtime. Training on SOPs and ERP systems is provided to support daily tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance are essential.
• Experience safely operating a forklift is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other production line steps.
• Maintain safe use of equipment and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
• Record data on batch tickets and equipment logs; follow Work Orders.
• Support inventory via stocking and stocking level management.
• Follow SOPs and quality control procedures; complete required testing.
