Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing of quality products and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

The role involves operating production line equipment, performing quality checks, recording data, and helping with material handling and housekeeping. Candidates should be reliable, have transportation, and be flexible for overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience safely operating a forklift.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing and packaging on a production line.
• Read batch tickets and follow work orders.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Record data on batch tickets and logs.
• Attend all required trainings and SOPs.
• Meet production targets and perform quality testing as required.
• Willing to disassemble/assemble equipment for maintenance.
