Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking an Operator to operate and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Kentucky. You will assist Operator II and III with packing and end-of-line tasks, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Overtime may be required; no travel is needed. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to policies, and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery to complete assigned work orders.
• Reviews work orders and communicates material needs.
• Monitors machine performance for quality and safety.
• Performs basic hazard-based tasks including lock out/tag out.
• Stacks, sorts, and bundles material per standard work.
• Records data for quality control and improvement.
• Assists with packaging and end-of-line work as needed.
• Follows COS lean initiatives and safety rules.
