Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Production Operator to support packaging and end-of-line processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assist Operators II & III, review work orders, and help achieve production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read basic instructions, and good attention to detail. Overtime and weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supports packaging and end-of-line tasks.
• Receives and reviews work orders and material needs.
• Monitors machine operations for safety and efficiency.
• Performs basic data collection for quality control.
• Assists Operators II & III as needed.
• Maintains housekeeping and adheres to COS initiatives.
