Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in the Drill department. The role involves operating drill equipment, reading shop travelers, and ensuring quality while maintaining efficiency.

You will follow a rotating schedule, set up machinery, monitor output, and participate in safety and environmental procedures. Training and advancement programs are available as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend English instructions, and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with mathematical/technical aptitude.
• Able to work well in a team or independently.
• Manual dexterity essential for machine operation.
• General computer skills for updating records and emails.
• Ability to lift 10–40 pounds and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specs.
• Set up and operate drill machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Monitor product quality and operate multiple machines as needed.
• Load programs into machines and verify first pieces with appropriate checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE procedures.
• Report safety hazards and participate in safety training and meetings.
