Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Operator for the Drill department who can read shop travelers, set up and operate drills, monitor quality, and run multiple machines as needed to produce high-quality parts.

You will work a rotating schedule (evenings) with safety training and PPE usage, and you’ll have opportunities for advancement through our Operator Advancement Program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and shop orders.
• Quality focused with strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Manual dexterity is essential for machine operation.
• General computer skills and ability to update records and send emails.
• Able to lift 10-40 pounds and work standing or sitting as required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop traveler, job order, and customer specs.
• Set up and operate drilling machinery per processes and job requirements.
• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout production.
• Operate multiple machines as needed for product mix.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure parts and select tools.
• Load programs into machines and verify first-pieces with inspection.
