Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking production operators for multiple shifts to read shop travelers, set up and run machinery, and ensure product quality. You will document data, report defects, and maintain a safe, clean production area in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include following EHS guidelines, PPE usage, and cross-training on available equipment. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more benefits as outlined by company policy.

Qualifications

• Read and accurately understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, and customer specifications).
• Set up and operate different types of machinery according to department processes and each job’s requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and verify departmental procedures are completed accurately.
• Record defects, document quality data, and work within the quality management system.
• Acquire production materials, set up the production area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow safety training and procedures as directed by the EHS Manager, including PPE and hazardous materials handling.
• Cross train on operations and equipment within the area.
