Qualifications

• Read and understand shop orders, instructions, and customer specs.
• Ability to read blueprints or shop traveler to verify requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate drill equipment and related machinery.
• Monitor product quality and operate multiple machines as required.
• Load programs, measure with micrometers, and select tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Follow PPE protocols and participate in safety trainings.
