Aerotek is hiring Production Workers for day and night shifts in Newark, DE. This contract-to-hire role provides weekly pay and immediate hiring opportunities.

The position involves handling finished goods, loading/unloading materials, basic equipment setup, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include labeling verification, palletizing, stock checks, equipment monitoring, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Experience using forklifts or other material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.
• Comfort working with automated production equipment and systems.
• Willingness to support audit activities and maintain required documentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and organize finished products in accordance with established guidelines and shipping standards.
• Identify and verify product labeling to ensure accuracy and proper routing.
• Palletize finished goods and coordinate movement of materials to finish areas.
• Verify correct materials for production runs and load/unload materials to and from equipment.
• Perform basic equipment setup and adjustments, including monitoring machine interfaces and controls.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues, respond to alarms or indicator lights, and clear material jams as needed.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and output to support production targets.
• Follow safety, security, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support internal and external audit activities by completing assigned tasks and maintaining required documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall production operations.
