Job summary

Aerotek is looking for a General Production Worker to support daily production tasks in New Castle, DE. You will wrap, label, palletize, and inspect rolls, while maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires attendance, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts. Onsite work with potential for growth and benefits upon permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, move and handle materials throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wrap finished product rolls per quality standards.
• Affix accurate labels to completed rolls.
• Palletize finished rolls safely and in order.
• Stretch wrap pallets for storage and shipment.
• Inspect products and report defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Operate a forklift when certified and authorized (preferred).
