Job summary

Responsibilities include daily setup, labeling and packing, and collaborating with quality control and production teams to meet safety and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; chemistry background preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Able to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment with proper training.
• Records machine performance and product samples accurately.
• Assists in daily equipment setup for any machine.
• Packs and labels manufactured products with precision.
• Attends shift huddles and ensures production rates and quality standards.
• Transports products using pallet jacks and carts.
• Participates in lean activities (5-S, kaizen) and DMAICs.
