PeopleShare by PROMAN in Newark, DE is hiring Production Associates for IMMEDIATE STARTS on all three shifts. You will operate production machinery, assemble, package, and label products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers hourly pay of $15–$18 and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, punctual, able to multi-task, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
