Job summary

PeopleShare is hiring for 1st and 3rd Shift Machine Operators in Newark, DE to support a reputable manufacturing company. The role focuses on operating and maintaining equipment for chemical, plastic, and electronic product production, with a starting pay of $18–$19 per hour and a 2/2/3 schedule.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

• Excellent communication with production personnel, R&D, and QC.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains all manufacturing equipment for the production of chemical, plastic, and electronic products.
• Prepares reagents according to procedures and in order of priority.
• Maintains and records accurate records including machine performance and product samples.
• Assists in daily equipment setup for any machine as needed.
• Packages finished products as required.
• Ensures production rates and quality standards are met and addresses issues impeding progress.
