TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a production operator in the Rout Department to operate equipment and produce a quality product in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to manage multiple machines, follow blueprints, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, optional CMM experience, and comfort with Excel. Overtime and shifts are required; the job includes PPE and safety training as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CMM experience preferred.
• Basic to Advanced math skills preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel).
• Knowledge in using calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to work required shifts & overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit, stand, or bend for up to 10 hours a day.
• Requires the ability to work safely with or come into contact with chemical, physical or biological hazards.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team environment, assist other departments when workloads demand it, and effectively work with all levels of the organization.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to show leadership.

Responsabilités

• Monitors and produces quality product.
• Operates multiple machines as allowed by product mixture. Work with blueprints.
• Loads programs into machines.
• Troubleshoots any problems that may occur during process and consults with supervisor.
• Works to solve problems and multitask on various jobs.
• Maintains equipment using a PM schedule.
• Works with other departments on job improvements.
• Cross train to help in all areas of the department.
• Works effectively and responsibly with others.
• All other assigned duties as required within the organization.
• Accomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner.
• Communicates regularly to supervisors/managers, suggests procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment and communicates to supervisors/managers safety hazards and issues.
• Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by the EHS department.
• Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
