Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Production Operator to join a high-production environment. You will read and verify shop orders, set up and run machinery, and monitor quality while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

The role requires reading instructions, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 10–50 pounds. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Read and understand shop orders, customer specifications, and shop control documents.
• Proficient in general computer tasks: data entry, record updates, emails.
• Able to sit or stand during shift and lift 10-50 pounds as required.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read and accurately understand the shop traveler and instructions.
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Consistently evaluate product quality and verify procedures.
• Record defects, document data, and use the quality management system.
• Escalate issues to technicians, management, or engineering as needed.
• Read, record, and report product data on shop orders and in systems.
• Acquire materials, prepare production area, and keep environment safe.
• Follow safety training and PPE protocols; report accidents or safety concerns.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.
