Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to produce components according to specifications and written procedures. The role may include machine operation, manual production, visual inspection and packaging of small, delicate components.

Responsibilities include reporting quality data, interpreting work orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace while supporting process improvements and teamwork. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with data tracking for SPC and product inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report on quality and productivity data.
• Interpret and follow verbal and written work orders.
• Operate equipment and perform set‑ups and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, safe and orderly work environment.
• Use measuring tools as required and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with process improvements and standard work.
• Provide high quality service to internal customers and meet deadlines.
