Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and understand product documents including guidelines, quality and safety alerts, standard work, option sheets, and quality objectives; use the first piece as a visual aid.
• Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
• Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup at the workstation.
• Ensure quality of finished product and customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and new hires; assist other departments as needed.
• Work safely with PPE and follow STW documentation when applicable.
• Be involved in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
