Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks team members to prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will clean, inspect, assemble, and stack parts following product guidelines and safety standards. You will read common work documents, maintain smooth production flow, and ensure highest quality for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for shipment according to product guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling and stacking.
• Read and follow product guidelines, safety alerts and standard work documents.
• Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
• Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup of parts at the workstation.
• Ensure quality of finished product and customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
