Job summary

Menasha Corporation's ORBIS division is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will prepare products for shipment by following documented guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications.
• Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements.
• Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned
