Job summary

Menasha Corporation invites motivated individuals to join its manufacturing teams across its packaging and ORBIS divisions. You will prepare products for shipment, read and apply detailed product guidelines, and help maintain high quality and efficient production lines.

Responsibilities include assembling, decorating, trimming, and stacking parts using hand tools, while adhering to safety rules and supporting continuous improvement efforts with the team.

Qualifications

• Read and understand product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work documents.
• Train new hires and assist other departments as needed.
• Promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for shipment following guidelines and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools to trim, assemble, and decorate components.
• Maintain production pacing to avoid buildup at workstations.
• Ensure finished product quality meets standards and customer expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
• Read and follow associated product documents and use first piece as a visual aid.
• Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and support other departments.
