Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and understand product documents such as guidelines, quality alerts and customer options sheets.
• Assemble components and perform fit, form and function checks.
• Clean, trim and assemble using hand tools.
• Maintain a continuous production/packaging cycle to avoid buildup at the workstation.
• Ensure finished product quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and new hires and assist other departments.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Promote CI, 5S and STW activities and participate in related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
