Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented production operator for our Kentucky facility. You will prepare products for shipment by cleaning, inspecting, assembling and packaging components per guidelines and customer requirements.

Read and follow product documents, use hand tools, maintain a steady production flow and ensure high quality. You may train new hires and support other departments as needed in a safety‑conscious, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follows safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Reads and understands product guidelines and quality documents.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions.
• Willing to train fellow employees.
• Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow product guidelines, quality alerts, and safety guidelines using first piece as a visual aid.
• Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
• Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup at the workstation.
• Ensure the finished product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Train other employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow STW documentation; apply training techniques if STW is not developed for a process.
• Be involved in Continuous Improvement; participate in CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
