Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a production associate to prepare products for shipment and support assembly, decoration and stacking per customer requirements. You will read product-related documents, follow safety guidelines, and work in a team to maintain quality and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities include training new hires, adhering to quality objectives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the two company brands in packaging and supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Read and understand all product-related documents such as product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work documents.
• Train other employees and new hires and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain safe, efficient production/packaging cycles and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for shipment per guidelines, clean, inspect, assemble, decorate and stack.
• Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
• Read and follow customer option sheets and quality objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and participate in CI/5S activities.
• Ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Engage in ongoing safety training and adhere to STW documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• actively participate in CI initiatives and maintain safe work practices.
