Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Norfolk, NE to support beverage packaging lines. You will help ensure quality and safety, perform product changeovers, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a forklift license readiness, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work an overnight shift with overtime during peaks. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Able to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Understand and operate safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety standards.
• Check product and case codes for accuracy and legibility.
• Perform package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Complete and file required quality and packaging documentation promptly.
