Wis-Pak, Inc. in Norfolk, NE is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our production and warehouse team.

You will safely operate a forklift, move materials, support production lines, and ensure proper stock rotation while keeping a clean, safe work environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, medical, dental & vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays; a 5:00pm-5:00am shift with a $22.90/hr base plus $1.75 shift differential, and an employee

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good math skills and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move finished goods and raw materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials needed to keep operations running efficiently.
• Store finished products in the warehouse while maintaining proper stock rotation.
• Scan barcodes, track inventory movements, and complete required documentation.
• Inspect materials and products for quality concerns and report issues as needed.
• Transport pallets, packaging materials, and other warehouse supplies.
• Operate stretch-wrap equipment and battery changing equipment when required.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and returned pallets.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support teammates and assist in other areas as business needs require.
