Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Quincy, IL is hiring a Production Operator to keep our beverage packaging lines running safely and efficiently. You will maintain a clean, compliant work area and perform accurate product changeovers while documenting quality and packaging steps.

We seek a reliable, detail-oriented teammate who can follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work overtime when needed. Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required, along with permanent US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Self-motivation, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift driving skills and ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in temperatures 60–90F or more.
• Overtime flexibility during peak production periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Following safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Operate safety devices and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Check product and case codes for accuracy and legibility.
• Perform and document package changeovers accurately.
• Complete quality and packaging documentation in a timely manner.
