Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM) in the United States. Earn $27–$30/hr with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This role emphasizes safe operations, batch sheet accuracy, and adherence to SOPs within a team-driven manufacturing setting.

Training is provided, and there is overtime as needed. The organization values safety, inclusion, and empowerment while offering opportunities for growth within Arkema’s global network.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
  • Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
  • Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
  • Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
  • Operates all equipment within your respective department.
  • Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
