Job summary

The Arkema Group in Conyers, GA is seeking a Production Operator for 3rd shift (9:00pm - 5:30am, Mon - Fri with overtime). The hourly wage will depend on experience, plus a shift differential for 3rd shift. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math. Experience operating production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
