Job summary

Bostik is hiring a Production Operator in Middleton, MA for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:15 PM–11:30 PM). Earn $27–$30 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits begin on day one, plus hands-on training in a team‑first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
