Job summary

Arkema Inc., Bostik division, is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (5:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Thu with overtime as needed). The role offers hourly wages based on experience plus a shift differential and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

You will operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment, record material usage, and support a safety-first, team-driven environment with hands-on training. Opportunities to grow within Arkema’s global network are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
