Job summary

Bostik is hiring for a third shift production associate in Middleton, MA. Earn $27-$30 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in in-plant lab testing and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
