Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Production Operator to run and support production machines in a fast-paced facility. Starting pay is $19.00+ per hour, with opportunities for growth and cross-training across multiple machines.

You will monitor quality, assist with setup and cleanup, and help maintain a safe, efficient production schedule. Prior packaging or manufacturing exposure is appreciated, with a pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States; pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Overtime may be required; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and maximize equipment utilization.
• Train and assist First and Second Helpers with machine duties.
• Cross-train on other machines.
• Complete reports (production data, status, safety, quality).
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; follow schedules and assist supervisors.
