Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older to work in a plant environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and process monitoring.
• Prior production or food service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Formulate products per standardized formulas in a process environment.
• Set up and control processes including blending, drying, fermentation, extraction and filtration.
• Adhere to safety policies and DSM Life Saving Rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, safe operations.
