Job summary

Bostik in Middleton, MA, is hiring for a 1st shift position with a 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM schedule and overtime as needed. Earn $27.00–$30.00 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits starting Day 1.

The role emphasizes hands‑on training, teamwork, and safety, with growth opportunities within Arkema’s global network. High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team‑based environment.

• Willingness to learn operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines and Bostik EHS expectations.
• Follow written instructions and SOPs to manufacture quality products.
• Maintain accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for handling, storage and transfer of hazardous materials.
• Operate equipment within the department and assist in other areas as needed.
