Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Operator in Bohemia, New York. This entry‑level position involves operating production equipment and ensuring quality on the manufacturing line from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday to Friday. Ideal candidates are team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, loading and unloading, and performing quality checks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work. Compensation starts at approximately $23.64 per hour, including a shift differential.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As an Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. Basic proficiency in English is required. The role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night through Friday morning 11:00 pm‑7:30 am.

Onboarding Schedule

New employees participate in a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, to be completed during the first week.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64, including a $3.00 shift differential. Employees may also receive performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) with company match and healthcare coverage.
