Job summary

Qualifications

  • Keep work area clean.

Job description

Position Summary

As an Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. Basic proficiency in English is required. The role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night through Friday morning 11:00 pm‑7:30 am.

Onboarding Schedule

New employees participate in a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, to be completed during the first week.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64, including a $3.00 shift differential. Employees may also receive performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) with company match and healthcare coverage.
