Pacific Cheese is seeking a Production Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts in Reno, NV. The role covers trim output, Navision reporting, line quality inspections, and ensuring calibrated Urschel heads meet product specs.

Qualifications

• At least one year as a machine operator.
• Six months forklift experience.
• Driver's license may be required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trim output and consumption record keeping; Navision reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Power consumption record keeping; Navision reporting and data verification.
• Quality assurance and contamination inspections on the line.
• Calibrate Urschel heads to product specifications.
• Ensure proper rework of products when needed.
• Replace standard machinery parts when required.
