Job summary

Pacific Cheese is seeking a Production Operator for 1st or 2nd shift in Reno, NV. The role involves operating production lines, monitoring quality, and maintaining Navision records. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year as a Machine Operator
• Six months forklift experience
• Driver's license may be required

Responsibilities

• Record keeping for trim output and consumption, Navision reporting, verify data and fix discrepancies
• Record keeping for power consumption, Navision reporting, verify data and fix discrepancies
• Quality assurance and cross-contamination inspections of the line
• Ensure Urschel heads are calibrated to product specs
• Ensure associates rework product appropriately
• Replace standard machinery parts when needed
